Valiant Shuts Long-Short Funds to New Investors

The Tiger Grandcub has revamped its short strategy to focus on frauds.

Chris Hansen’s Valiant Capital Partners is shutting its long-short funds to new investors after opening them earlier in the year, according to its fourth-quarter letter obtained by Institutional Investor.

The firm did not say how much it had raised. The letter noted that Valiant had pulled in a few new limited partners and additional money from some existing partners.
