Dan Loeb’s effort to unseat the entire board of directors at Campbell Soup Co., the packaged food company, is looking as tough as ever.

On Wednesday Campbell issued a statement saying that four of the Campbell founder’s heirs and other family members will vote their shares with the management slate at the company’s annual shareholder meeting on November 29.
