New York may still be the capital of the hedge fund world, but London is catching up fast.

The members of the second annual Europe Hedge Fund 25, Alpha‘s ranking by assets under management of the biggest families of single-manager hedge funds based in Europe, ran a total of $120 billion as of September 30, 2004.
