Like many of his Greenwich neighbors, Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal enjoys his privacy. He lives with his wife, Cynthia, and their four teenage children on a quiet, wooded street in the midcountry section of town. Visitors must pass through metal gates before ascending a winding driveway to his 5,600-square-foot white colonial, which is modest by local standards.
