Andrew Rabinowitz had only three words the night he called emergency services to his home: “Baby not breathing.”
His daughter, Rebecca, had been born less than a week earlier, on July 13, 2006, one month premature. She spent five days in a neonatal intensive care unit before being released from the hospital.
