Mark Carhart, the former co-head of Goldman Sachs’s largest hedge fund, is making progress in building up his solo operation. Carhart, who was co-head of quantitative strategies at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, has named his firm Kepos Capital and has hired another hedge fund professional from Satellite Asset Management.
