Cooperman Upbeat on Stock Market Prospects After Taper

The Omega chief believes market is in a zone of fair valuation despite first-quarter turmoil.

Omega Advisors’ Leon Cooperman believes there is still money to be made in the stock market.

However, at the moment, he says the market is in a zone of fair valuation that will last until two key issues become evident: when the Fed finishes tapering and investors realize the stimulus program has not affected the economy and they gain confidence that the economic expansion can continue into 2015.
