Now that a tenth former SAC Capital Advisors employee has been charged by the Securities and Exchange Commission in its widening insider trading probe, the big question is, who is next? Is the regulator moving closer to filing civil charges against founder Steven Cohen? After all, when the SEC on Thursday announced its latest settlement with Ronald Dennis, a former analyst with SAC’s CR Intrinsic unit, it referred to several other unidentified SAC employees with whom Dennis shared his inside information.
