A fund managed by global financial services firm Morgan Stanley and Government of Singapore Investment Corp. (GIC) are among investors seeking to acquire a property from Indian textiles firm Alok Industries, Reuters reports. Both parties are in separate discussions to take over the real estate for nearly $200 million.
The property is located in central Mumbai. The deal includes the sale of a building and the land it sits on.
