The Oscar Rennebohm Foundation has gifted $2 million to Meriter, a Madison-based organization dedicated for providing patient-centered high-quality health care. The money will be utilized to help the partnership between Meriter and UW Health as they work to advance patient care, research, education and advocacy in women’s health. The endowment will also help program expansion to take care of rising demand for high-risk pregnancy support and gynecological specialty care. The Oscar Rennebohm Foundation was established in 1949 by Madison drug store entrepreneur Oscar Rennebohm.
