Delaware Investments has added Theodore Moran and Jeffrey Lamb to its third-party retail distribution team. The duo joins the firm as regional directors. Moran will be based in Manhattan and Lamb in the greater San Francisco Bay area. Most recently, Moran was director of sales with Tocqueville Asset Management as and Lamb was with Alliance Bernstein.
