Temasek Holdings and Kuwait Investment Authority are among early investors that have agreed to invest $900 million in Citic Securities initial share sale, Bloomberg reports. The Singaporean state-owned investment firm will commit $150 million, while the Kuwaiti sovereign wealth fund will invest $200 million. BTG Pactual and mutual-fund firm Waddell & Reed are also participating in the share sale. Citic Securities, a brokerage in China, is selling shares in Hong Kong to raise funds for overseas expansion.
