BlackRock has added Marco Antonio Slim Domit to its board, MutualFundWire reports. He is chairman and CEO of Grupo Financiero Inbursa and son of Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim.
Slim will be taking the seat vacated by Linda Robinson. There are 17 members in BlackRock’s board, which includes 10 independent directors.
