Bloomberg Adds OTC Swap Trading Platform

Bloomberg FIT has introduced the first commingled trading platform for over-the-counter swap trading ALLQ Derivatives.

Bloomberg FIT has introduced the first commingled trading platform for over-the-counter (OTC) swap trading ALLQ Derivatives, Bloomberg reports. The platform will help investors comply with the Dodd-Frank Act regulations and enable buy-side investors to evaluate indicative prices and carry out transactions directly with dealers on the Bloomberg Professional Service. Investors will be able to evaluate executable prices in four currencies in maturities ranging from one year to 30 years. Dealers participating in the new platform include Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital, BNP Paribas, Citigroup, Commerz Bank, Credit Suisse Group, Danske Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Société Générale and UBS.
