The Gwynedd Council Pension Fund, Caernarfon, Wales, is seeking to appoint global equity managers, Pensions & Investments reports. The selected candidates will be included in a preapproved list to manage an active global equity portfolio valued at up to £195 million.
Capital International and Fidelity Investments are managing most of the global equities portfolio, with each running about £180 million. The scheme’s consultant Hymans Robertson is assisting in the search.
