Huber Capital Management is seeking to rebrand the institutional share class of two mutual funds as investor class shares, MutualFundWire reports. The management fee of the Huber Equity Income Fund will become 99 basis points (bps) from 100, if the average daily net assets is less than $10 billion and if it is between $10 billion and $20 billion management fee will be 75 bps.

The management fee for the Huber Small Cap Value Fund will become 135 bps from the current 150 bps if the average daily net assets is below $5 billion. The change will become effective from October 25.
