SEC Approves BATS U.S. Listings Biz Rules

The Securities and Exchange Commission has granted approval to BATS Global Markets on rules for its U.S. primary listings business.

The Securities and Exchange Commission has granted approval to BATS Global Markets on rules for its U.S. primary listings business. The venture will be unveiled in December. As a primary listings venue, the U.S. stock exchange operator will offer issuers an alternative place for initial public offerings, stock listing transfers and dual-listed stocks. Securities will be listed on the BATS BZX Exchange.
