PKA is spending €32.2 million on a residential property in Copenhagen.

PKA is spending €32.2 million on a residential property in Copenhagen, IPE reports. The €18.78 billion Danish pension fund is buying a development of 107 flats in Islands Brygge from FB Gruppen. DN Erhverv is brokering the sale. So far, PKA has invested €1.61 billion in Danish commercial and residential property and manages more than 6,000 flats across the country.
