Mellon Foundation Gives $4M To Duquesne Univ

The Richard King Mellon Foundation has committed a total of $4 million to Duquesne University.

The Richard King Mellon Foundation has committed a total of $4 million to Duquesne University. The money will be used to expand and renovate science- and pharmacy-related laboratories and teaching facilities on campus.

It is the biggest foundation donation that the University has received for academic facilities improvement. The foundation was set up in 1947 by Richard Mellon, president and Chairman of Mellon Bank.
