AdvisorShares Investments is seeking to roll out a new global echo exchange-traded fund (ETF). The funds sponsor has teamed up with social entrepreneur and environmental advocate Philippe Cousteau for the same. The AdvisorShares Global Echo ETF will be the first multi-manager fund with an absolute return and sustainable investment mandate. A portion of the portfolio’s management fee will be used to fund the Global Echo Foundation, co-founded by Cousteau.
