Paris Office Scheme Gets €140M Financing

German lenders BayernLB and Berlin Hyp have arranged a €140 million seven-year term loan for the Carré Suffren office scheme.

German lenders BayernLB and Berlin Hyp have arranged a €140 million seven-year term loan for the Carré Suffren office scheme, PropertyEU reports. The building is owned by a joint venture of French office SIIC Foncière des Régions and Crédit Agricole Assurances´ Predica.

Insurance group AON, the French Ministry of Education and Institut Français are the new tenants of the complex, bringing the scheme to near full occupancy. In early 2011, the remaining vacant office space in the complex, located in Paris, was leased.
