The Bursa Malaysia has named Abdul Alias as an independent non-executive director. He will also become Chairman of the audit committee and a member of the compensation committee.
Encik Yusoff, Encik Kuang and Dato’ Zainuddin are some of the other independent non-executive directors. The exchange’s board of directors also includes Tun Abdullah, Chairman and non-executive director and public interest director, as well as Tap Salleh, non-executive director and public interest director.
