Gannett Welsh & Kotler has appointed Mary Kane and Jeffrey Thibault as new partners, Pensions & Investments reports. Kane is currently the lead portfolio manager for the firm’s taxable fixed-income strategies. Thibault is serving as the lead portfolio manager for the small-cap and smidcap equity strategies of the Boston-based municipal bond, taxable bond and equity investments manager. The firm has also named relationship manager, Jim McCarthy, as principal.
