GE, VC Partners To Invest $63M In Clean-Tech

GE and its venture capital partners will invest $63 million in 10 innovative home energy technology companies.

GE and its venture capital partners will invest $63 million in 10 innovative home energy technology companies. The companies receiving the funding include Ember, GMZ Energy, Project Frog, SunRun, Viridity Energy and VPhase.

The investment is part of GE’s $200 million ‘GE ecomagination Challenge.’ GE and its partners have already committed $134 million to the home energy and power grid technology developers as part of the challenge.
