Aviva’s London HQ Trades For $473M

Singapore’s Kuok Khoon Hong and Martua Sitorus have acquired Aviva’s London headquarters.

Singapore’s Kuok Khoon Hong and Martua Sitorus have acquired Aviva’s London headquarters, Bloomberg reports. The owners of palm oil processor Wilmar International paid $473 million for the acquisition.

The building is part of a nine office tower previously owned by Simon Halabi. CB Richard Ellis Group was the special servicer of the debt secured against the properties.
