SI: U.S. ETFs Saw $6.5B Outflows In May

Asset International company Strategic Insight has reported that U.S. exchange-traded funds in May saw nearly $6.5 billion in net outflows.

Asset International company Strategic Insight (SI) has reported that U.S. exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in May saw nearly $6.5 billion in net outflows, PLANSPONSOR reports. U.S. equity ETFs experienced $10.5 billion in net outflows, as compared to net inflows of $11.3 billion in April.

At the end of May, many U.S. ETFs assets downgraded to $1.11 trillion from $1.13 trillion a month earlier. U.S. bond ETFs, on the other hand, saw inflows of $2.5 billion in May.
