Capital & Regional’s Junction Fund has sold the Morfa Shopping Park Swansea for $129.8 million, PropertyEU reports. The Swansea property was bought by the Crown Estate. The completion of the transaction is expected to take place on 27 June 2011. The Junction Fund sold the asset as part of its strategy to focus on properties that have better asset management or development opportunities.
