CLISA is seeking to raise around $250 million in a bond sale, Reuters reports. The Argentine industrial conglomerate will sell dollar-denominated 10-year bonds without putting a date on the issue.
The issue will support debt refinancing, investment programs and also help commit capital to companies that CLISA controls or has stakes in. The company will file presentations to securities regulators in Argentina and abroad following approval from its shareholders.
