JLL Buys King Sturge For £197M

Jones Lang LaSalle has bought King Sturge for £197 million.

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has bought King Sturge for £197 million, Bloomberg reports. The global property consultant initially paid £98 million in cash and will settle the balance over the next five years. About 45 King Sturge offices and businesses across Europe will now operate under the JLL brand. King Sturge is an international property consultancy, which operates throughout the U.K. and Europe and has associations and partners in Asia Pacific and North, Central and South America.
