Barclays has reappointed its former finance director, Naguib Kheraj, to advise on strategic issues, Financial News reports. Kheraj will rejoin with a mandate to advise CEO Bob Diamond and finance director Chris Lucas on a range of commercial and policy issues.
Kheraj will spend about 30% of his time in the role. Kheraj, who left Barclays four years ago as finance director, subsequently took over as CEO at Cazenove, and has recently served at Lazard International.
