Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK) has signed up to the United Nations’ Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI). The €49 billion German pensions-related provider is planning to build a sustainable asset allocation strategy in the first half of 2011. Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Munich Reinsurance, Deutsche Asset Management, Union Asset Management, oekom research and SD-M Sustainable Development Management are some of the other companies in Germany that have adopted the UNPRI.
