Och-Ziff Capital Management has unveiled a new multi-strategy Ucits hedge fund, HFMWeek reports. The Och-Ziff European Multi-Strategy UCITS Fund will launch on Merrill Lynch’s Ucits-compliant fund platform.
The new hedge fund will be managed by a team led by Michael Cohen, head of European investments at Och-Ziff. The portfolio invests across a range of strategies, including long/short equity special situations, merger arbitrage, convertible/derivative arbitrage and credit.
