BC Partners has raised €4 billion in six months for its latest buyout fund, Financial News reports. The BCEC IX fund is expected to reach its target of €6 billion by the end of the year. BC Partners took various steps to secure fund commitments, including improving fund terms. Several investors in BC Partners’ last two funds, which have returned over €3 billion to investors over the last 18 months, reinvested in the new fund.
