Kommunalbanken Norway has raised $250 million in a debt offering.

Kommunalbanken Norway has raised $250 million in a debt offering, Reuters reports. The local government funding agency owned by the Kingdom of Norway has issued floating rate notes.

The notes, sold in the 144a private placement market, will mature on March 10, 2014. UBS was the sole bookrunning manager for the sale.
