Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) has appointed Ralph Rosenberg as managing director and head of global real estate. In his new role, he will be working across KKR’s global business to find real estate opportunities for the firm’s diverse pools of capital, including equity, debt and special situations investments.
He was formerly at Eton Park Capital Management, where he led the hedge fund’s real estate investment. Prior to that, he was at Goldman Sachs in various roles and was involved in the investment and management of over $50 billion of real estate transactions globally.
