Private equity firm, Zeus Private Equity, has renamed itself as Palatine Private Equity, AltAssets reports. The name has been changed due to the similarity in names between Zeus Private Equity and Zeus Capital, which had helped fund the launch of the firm. The firm will continue to operate from its established offices in Manchester, Bristol and London. The firm is also seeking to launch its second fund by the end of 2011.
