Morgan Stanley has rolled out its FTSE Gilt-Backed Growth Plan 7, the latest issue of its six-year collateralized structured product. The plan, whose capital is protected by U.K. government bonds, offers a fixed return of 7% a year if the FTSE 100 is at or above the starting level at each anniversary.
