European healthcare provider, Capio, will sell its Spanish private healthcare division to CVC Capital Partners, Reuters reports. The U.K. private equity firm will pay a total of €900 million for the acquisition.

CVC is seeking to regain control of the healthcare company, which it sold to Capio for €330 million in 2005. The transaction, which is awaiting regulatory approvals, is expected to be completed later in January.
