Chrysler Offers $45M To Pension Plans

Chrysler Group has allocated $45 million to its worldwide pension plans.

Chrysler Group has allocated $45 million to its worldwide pension plans, Pensions & Investments reports. The contribution will be made in the first quarter of 2011.

Chrysler contributed $55 million to its worldwide pension plans during the first quarter of 2010. The U.S. defined benefit plan of the automaker has about $20.5 billion in assets.
