Hedge fund firm EcoR1 Capital is gearing up for two privately-held biopharma companies in its portfolio to go public.
Both of these companies recently registered to go public. One of them earlier this week set the general terms for its offering.
The two companies are among the latest in a spate of fledgling biopharma companies currently tapping the public markets to raise money.
