Parsippany, New Jersey–based Prudential Real Estate Investors (Prei) is acquiring a 17-story office tower for $183.5 million, GlobeSt reports. The property is being sold by asset management firm BlackRock and real estate service provider Golub & Co.
The building, located at 22 W. Washington, has nearly 99 percent occupancy. Golub will retain management of the office building after the sale.
