Paris-based Gameloft has selected global investment lender Deutsche Bank as the depositary bank for its Level I American depositary receipt (ADR) program. The appointment expands the German bank’s portfolio of French ADR issuers.
Gameloft is a global publisher of digital and social games created for all digital platforms comprising mobile phones, smartphones and tablets, set top box, connected TVs and consoles. The company has a partnership with global brands including UNO, Spider-Man, Ferrari and Sonic Unleashed, and distributes its games in 100 countries.
