The Dorset County Council Pension Fund has issued requests for proposal (RFPs) for managers, Pensions & Investments reports. The two strategies included an active diversified alternatives/growth strategy adding nearly £75 million and a £50 million active global emerging markets portfolio.
Funding for the growth strategy will originally come from cash, but may eventually also include a smaller internally managed U.K. equities portfolio. Pictet Asset Management will manage funding for the emerging markets strategy.
