Jeffrey Talpins’s macro hedge fund firm, Element Capital Management, has raised billions in fresh capital following strong performance last year and in 2018.
According to a person with knowledge of the fundraising, the firm has raised between $2.5 billion and $3 billion, to be invested in the firm in July and August.
