New York–headquartered real estate investment manager Clarion Partners has obtained a $95 million refinance loan for McPherson Building located in Washington, DC.

New York–headquartered real estate investment manager Clarion Partners has obtained a $95 million refinance loan for McPherson Building located in Washington, DC, GlobeSt reports. Cassidy Turley senior managing directors John Campanella and David Webb arranged the loan.

The loan has been provided by a life company. At present, the property, which recently underwent a $25.1 million renovation, is 96 percent leased to a mix of retail tenants, public and private companies and law firms.
