Bank of Melbourne Private has named Jonathan Ayres as its first head, Financial Standard reports. Strategic financial advisory expert Ayres will help drive the growth of the lender in Victoria.
Most recently, Ayres was with investment management business developer nabInvest as a senior investment specialist. Ayres, a former Australian financial institution National Australia Bank (NAB) executive, has also held various senior roles including head of financial planning for NAB Private Wealth and as a regional executive.
