Gresham Private Equity has hired banks for its fashion brands, Witchery and Mimco’s initial public offerings (IPO), Reuters reports, citing Australian Financial Review. Macquarie and JPMorgan will be arranging the offerings.

The flotation may value the company at around $318.8 million. The offering is scheduled to be launched in the fourth quarter of 2011. Gresham is running a dual-track sales process for the Witchery and Mimco group, which has over 270 stores.
