Markus Homor, a former portfolio manager at the once billion-dollar Octavian Advisors, has teamed up with SAC Capital Advisors alums and is managing a merger arbitrage fund. Homor shares back-office and infrastructure with Timescape Capital, a long/short equity shop founded by SAC alums Peter Corey and Nadir Khan.
