BofA Appoints Michigan State President

Brett Bernard has been appointed by banking and financial services company Bank of America Corp. as state president for the Michigan market.

Brett Bernard has been appointed by banking and financial services company Bank of America Corp. (BofA) as state president for the Michigan market. He will help incorporate Bank of America operation lines across Michigan thereby facilitating delivery of the company’s global financial services capabilities to a greater number of individuals, families and businesses.

Bernard will also focus on corporate social responsibility activities for the state. He started work at Merrill Lynch more than 27 years ago as a financial advisor and has held several senior positions in the company since then. Apart from his role as state president, he will continue to work as market executive for Merrill Lynch Wealth Management’s Mideast territory.
