Ex-Bank of America Corp. investment banker Chad Holm is planning to float a $1 billion private equity fund focused on Indonesia, Reuters reports. Holm shifted base to Asia in 2010. The proposed fund will target financial, resources and infrastructure investment opportunities in Indonesia.
The fund is slated for a 2012 first quarter roll-out. It will target a first close within three months of launch. Holm is supported by Indonesian businessmen in this new effort.
